  Came in hungry, left still hungry. First impressions were like a normal fast food restaurant. There was friendly service as we ordered our food. The bathroom however was dirty. Then we waited for 15-20 minutes for our food. Every other customer that came in after us received their order before us. We only ordered 2 burgers, fries, and one drink. Employees seemed to be messing around in the back while we were waiting patiently. Once we finally asked them where our food was, they asked what it was (as if they weren't making it in the first place) and said sometimes things get mixed up. Then again, we did not have a large order at all and were not too busy. After finally getting our food, one burger had no bacon (a bacon cheesburger) while the other burger was simply meat, cheese and bread. The most plainest burger I have ever eaten. I feel like a gas station hamburger would have been better. Step it up!
