  Ordered the new Farmhouse breakfast sandwich and swapped the peppered smear with the jalapeno smear. Loved that the egg was cooked fresh. It was so delicious. Girls were very courteous and thanked me for waiting.

  I waited almost half an hour for my food, when i noticed people behind me started getting theirs i went to check on my order. They forgot to make half of it. They made the breakfast sandwiches, but bit the bagels with smear. So when i did get my order the sandwiches were cold and they were still missing 2 of my bagels. They were out of most bagels, out of ingredients, messed up my order twice. And only said sorry about that when it was finally done. At Starbucks if you have to wait 5 extra minutes they at least offer you a gift card. I heard another customer while checking his order tell another customer, "Only 4 trips to the counter to get it right, I'm finally out of here." This place needs management that knows how to order supplies, manage their staff, and have some semblance of customer service!
