  The cashier was nice. I had a 2 off coupon he said he would charge my card 10 and do my dicount after. Well he didnt he charged the full amount with out my discount. He failed to give me my receipt since I would notice the full amount was charged. But I verified online with my bank on the amount charged. I ordered a Latte and it tasted really bad. I highly doubt I'll be back.

  Drove by in the afternoon, ordered a cup of coffee, got out of the parking lot to the street, crossed the intersection, took a sip of my coffee... COLD. Not even warm. COLD. And very strong. What a disappointment. Starbucks was my next stop. Thank you Starbucks for lifting my spirits. Called the store to tell that they were serving cold coffee. The person on the phone didn't apologize, just said "ok, we'll make sure it is hot". Few weeks later I received an email from the manager: "I would like to personally thank you for your feedback and apologize for your experience. I would love the opportunity to send you some coupons for a future visit. " It's a month after the email and the coupons are still "traveling in the mail". Not a good customer service, not a good product, not a good management.

  I honestly have never had any bad experiences at this location. The staff here are very courteous and friendly. I am pretty needy when I do visit, only because I am either using a giftcard or some promotional coupon that I've received in the mail. The staff here have always honored it with no issues. What's more, they have taken care of my folks everytime my parents visit, with respect and great customer service. My doughnuts and coffee have always been great. Sorry, but if you had a bad experience, try again....

  The drinks are inconsistent so it's hard to tell if it'll be a good one or not. I've had the Iced Chai and coffee a few times. Sometimes it's flavorful and other times it tastes like nothing but milk.
