  THIS Cold Stone has to be the biggest disappointment in the Denver area. Whenever we crave ice cream, we always get excited to stop by Cold Stone, but this location has us leaving so disappointed every time - wondering why we keep coming back here. It's obvious management doesn't like their job, we feel like we're inconveniencing them when we give our business, they're always so stingy (I can't emphasize this one enough), and the overall vibe stinks. If they were their own business, the doors would've been closed a long time ago. They're still alive only because they carry the Cold Stone brand.
  
  I'm not a grumpy customer that had a bad experience or two. We've been to this one 10+ times, and it's my own fault we keep going back.
  
  At the Park Meadows location, they greet you when you walk in, sing as they make your ice cream, they're so generous with helpings, and overall go out of their way to make it a good experience. People, continue to support Cold Stone, it's good dessert, just avoid this branch!!!
