  I ordered a coffee at this location with 30 minutes left to board my flight. The horrible employees began chatting with each other postponing doing their jobs until I heard the final boarding call and had to ditch my $8 and RUN to the gate. I'm mostly upset that I actually left a tip for these people. I would make sure they are on top of their jobs before I order anything from this coffee place ever again.

  I wouldn't even give this location a one star due to customer service. I ordered an iced white mocha 2 shots of espresso, and first time was extremely dull no white mocha whatsoever. I politely asked the girl working if she can add some to give it sweetness and she gave it back to me so sweet it tasted like a sugar stick. Mind you I'm not a picky person, I just wanted my coffee to taste somewhat good counting I paid 7$ for a medium iced coffee. I walked away bc I didnt want to be rude but felt really disappointed because I had a full coffee I paid for and didn't like. I called the location and when they answered the girl was laughing thinking I was making a joke, after telling her she was being extremely unprofessional she told me to go back to fix my order. I get there and the General manager "Elda" or "Elva" said sorry we can't change it with much attitude. I explained that I just got the drink 15 minutes prior called before returning and was told I could bring back my full cup of coffee. At this point she's giving me attitude and asking how she should make the drink. I told her mam I don't make coffee I would just like an iced white mocha and for it to be good, and then tell her that I feel really disappointed at the customer service and the unprofessional environment for my first visit and after attitude once again from the "GM" I told her this would never happen at Starbucks nor would they complain on re making my order. She then said ok go to Starbucks next time. Extremely impolite unprofessional and if I was the Owner of this Franchise or owned business I would NOT want this lady to be managing my store!! Rant over, but honestly will not be returning. Also my coffee never tasted better :(
