  This is atwist on any restaurant that you have ever been to in many parts of your life. It's. Kinda different you would expect a high class restaurant when you walk through the doors. Gene and paula tang have a different way of accomadating this . yes it can be high class as well as trendy you don't have to dress like a million bucks. The staff are well versed and always ready to help. I for one will always recomend the 1515 rewind restaurant to all. That will listen . i will miss all of you as life changes are taking me to Florida and you never know i might come back to visit but never to stay.

  I took my wife here for her birthday. She loves good food and this was by far the best we have had period, no comparisons. The mix of Asian and Cajun was amazing. We did the eight course with wine matching, and it was everything I had hoped for and more. The staff, from the servers to the hostesses, were xtremely friendly, and Chef Gene Tang made his rounds saying hello to his guests making sure we were enjoying our meals. The ambiance was also truly amazing. Even more impressive was how I was contacted the day in advance to ensure there were no food allergies to take into consideration and to confirm our reservation time. This is a must try of Denver restaurants.
